Everything your new business needs to be live, properly, on day one.
Starting a new business is hard enough without spending a week wrestling with domain registrars, DNS records and Microsoft 365 setup. The Launch Pack is a single fixed-price engagement: by the end of the next business day you have a registered domain, a properly-configured DNS, a working email address on your own domain, Microsoft 365 set up the way whedo.it configures every tenant, and a one-page landing site you can hand a customer.
Type the name you want. We register through whedo.it’s Synergy reseller agreement — same wholesale pricing, no markup, no upsell.
// Powered by Synergy reseller API · AU domain registry compliant · ABN required for .com.au
A single fixed-price engagement that delivers six things, all working together, on day one. Domain registration through whedo.it’s Synergy reseller agreement — .com.au, .au, .com, .net.au or .io, wholesale pricing, no markup. DNS hosted by whedo.it with the full record set configured: A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, autodiscover, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS — the configuration most providers leave for you to figure out is done before you log in. Microsoft 365 tenant created with your custom domain verified, mailboxes provisioned, Teams stood up, OneDrive ready, SharePoint root site published. Tenant baseline applied: Conditional Access, MFA, basic Intune device policy, Defender for Business enabled. A one-page landing site on your new domain — whedo.it-hosted on Cloudflare Pages, free for the first 12 months, in your brand colours so you have somewhere to send your first customer the day you sign. A 30-minute walk-through with Warren so you know what you have, where it lives and how to use it.
Same-day domain registration if available. DNS records configured within the hour of registration confirming. M365 tenant provisioned and your custom domain verified the same business day — verification depends on registrar TTL but is almost always within 12 hours. Mailboxes ready next morning. Landing page live by the second business day at the latest. You walk into day three with a real business identity.
You can, and lots of people do. The difference is the configuration. A self-registered domain typically ships with default registrar DNS, no SPF, no DKIM, no DMARC — which means your first email lands in junk and stays there. A self-set-up M365 tenant ships with no Conditional Access, no MFA enforced, no Intune policy, and Defender in default-off mode — which means within two weeks you are one phished credential away from a tenant compromise. The Launch Pack costs less than two hours of your time would, and it delivers something a senior practitioner has actually configured properly.
The Launch Pack is not a custom-built website — it’s a clean one-pager so you have somewhere to send a customer on day one. When you’re ready for a real site, whedo.it can either build it (separate quote) or hand off cleanly to a designer of your choice. The pack is also not a full managed-services engagement — ongoing support is offered as a separate monthly retainer (see Managed Services) and is optional.
One-off setup, plus your ongoing Microsoft 365 licence at wholesale CSP rates. Domain renewals at cost — you get the registrar invoice direct.
Drop Support a line with your business name and the domain you want. Firm quote and timeline within a business day. If you want to chat first, the calendar is below — 30 minutes, no deck, no pitch.
A Support Representative will get in touch.
A Support Representative will be in touch the same business day.
No deck, no pitch — walk your environment with a senior Australian practitioner. Confidential by default.
I built this business because I wanted to do Managed services properly — for a small number of clients, at a senior level, with the same person on the end of the phone every time. The work is too important and the stakes are too high for anything less.
Behind the formal qualifications: a Cyber Security degree from the University of the Sunshine Coast, currently working on my Master’s, plus a continuous stack of Microsoft, Acronis and Nerdio certifications — the ones that have to be renewed because the threats don’t stay still.
Behind the certifications: thirty years of doing the work. I cut my teeth in consulting, then went to Cisco on the team building the original iPhone — Cisco’s VoIP handset, the trademark Apple later acquired in the 2007 settlement. At TPG in 1999 I sold frame-relay networks when frame-relay was the cutting edge of business connectivity. I built and sold a Sydney-based MSP called Online IT before relocating to Perth.
Three decades of watching what’s actually changed and what hasn’t. The technology has changed almost beyond recognition. The principles haven’t. Identity first. Backup that has actually been tested. A senior practitioner who knows your environment. Calm in an incident. Honest answers when the answer is “no.”
That’s whedo.it. That’s the brief. That’s why long-tenure clients don’t leave.
