My email signature isn’t showing on replies

Signatures are set per-account and per-action (new vs reply). Both need to be set.

  1. Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  2. Select your account in the top dropdown.
  3. In the “New messages” dropdown, pick your signature.
  4. In the “Replies/forwards” dropdown, pick it too.
  5. Click OK, restart Outlook, send a test reply.
  6. Using Outlook on the web? Set the signature at outlook.office.com → Settings (cog) → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply.

Still stuck after those?

You’ve done the right thing by trying. Send whedo.it a quick note — what you tried, what you saw — and a senior pair of eyes will be on it the same business day.
