My email signature isn’t showing on replies
Signatures are set per-account and per-action (new vs reply). Both need to be set.
- Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
- Select your account in the top dropdown.
- In the “New messages” dropdown, pick your signature.
- In the “Replies/forwards” dropdown, pick it too.
- Click OK, restart Outlook, send a test reply.
- Using Outlook on the web? Set the signature at outlook.office.com → Settings (cog) → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
