Outlook keeps asking for my password

Usually a stale credential cached in Windows. Two-minute fix.

  1. Close Outlook fully (right-click its taskbar icon → Close window).
  2. Open Settings → Accounts → Email & accounts.
  3. Find your work account, click it, then choose Remove.
  4. Reopen Outlook from the Start menu and sign in with your [email protected] credentials.
  5. Approve the MFA push on your phone when prompted.
  6. Tick “Allow my organisation to manage my device” if asked — this stops the prompt repeating every week.

Still stuck after those?
