Connect to my Azure Virtual Desktop the first time
Two routes: a small Windows app or a browser. Both work; the app is smoother.
- App route (recommended): install “Windows App” from the Microsoft Store.
- Sign in with your work email. Your AVD workspaces appear automatically.
- Double-click your desktop or published app to launch it.
- Browser route: go to client.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient, sign in with your work email.
- Your workspaces show as tiles. Click to launch.
- If nothing shows up, your account hasn’t been entitled yet — email Warren with the screenshot.
