Microsoft 365 is the licence layer underneath almost everything else whedo.it operates — identity, mail, files, collaboration, the security stack. The questions below come from real client conversations during scoping calls, onboarding, and renewal reviews. If a question you have isn't here, the answer is usually a short email reply away. All licensing supplied through the whedo.it CSP agreement at standard Microsoft retail; the value is in the configuration, the tenant baseline, and the operating cadence on top.

Which licence do most of our clients buy?
Microsoft 365 Business Premium. It bundles the Office apps, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune for device management, Defender for Business for endpoint protection, Conditional Access, and Azure Information Protection. The price step up from Business Standard is small; the security uplift is substantial.
What's the actual difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard gives you the productivity apps and email. Premium adds the security and management layer — Intune, Defender, Conditional Access, AIP. Most businesses pay the gap several times over in incident-prevention value over a typical year.
Can you migrate us from another tenant or provider?
Yes. Tenant-to-tenant migrations, on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online, Google Workspace to M365 — all routine. Scoped fixed-price, scheduled for off-hours, with parallel coexistence during the cutover so nothing stops working.
Are Project, Visio and Power BI billed separately?
Yes. Project Plan 3 or 5, Visio Plan 1 or 2, Power BI Pro or Premium — all add-on per-user licences, provisioned through the same CSP agreement and assigned in hours of order.
What's included beyond the licence?
Tenant baseline review on deployment, Conditional Access policies tuned to your access patterns, Intune device enrolment, Defender configuration, quarterly Secure Score review. Operating layer on top of the licence — no separate fee.
How quickly can you provision new users?
Same business day for standard new starters. Onboarding pack runs the new account through baseline, Conditional Access, Intune enrolment, and access permissions before they log in for the first time.
